Pramod Banavar, (President)Mr. Banavar has over 15 years of experience in managing large General Construction contracts. Mr. Banavar has a Bachelor’s Degree from George Mason University. Prakash Banavar, (Business Development Manager)
Has over 35 years of Business Development, Contract Administration, Sub-contract Management, Budget and Financial Planning experience. Functional skills include: Business Requirements Review & Analysis, Solid skills in public relations. Developed new contacts with Federal Govt. to take the company from $2M to $40M in 10 years.
Jay Yang (Project Manager)
Mr. Yang has over 25 years of experience at various levels in the construction industry. Mr. Yang has experience with renovations, base building and interior build-outs. Project types include office buildings, historic landmarks, law firms, convention centers, Metro stations, and parking garages. Mr. Yang specializes in project start-up; submittal coordination; processing of RFI’s and issues; subcontractor coordination; planning; scheduling work; producing, negotiating, and processing change orders; proposal writing; estimating and buyout; producing and monitoring the schedule. He also possesses superior leadership, organizational and communication skills, and excels in team building, decision-making, and problem-solving.
David Phelps (Project Manager)
Mr. Phelps has over 25 years of experience as a seasoned project manager. Mr. Phelps is skilled in all aspects of general construction and construction management. Mr. Phelps has been responsible for overseeing and monitoring the daily construction activities at the construction job site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project and work with Subcontractors to complete project within the given time frame.

Mr. Moore has over 20 years of experience as a seasoned project manager. Mr. Moore is skilled in all aspects of general construction and construction management.
Pavithra Banavar (Bid Coordinator)
Ms. Banavar has over 10 years of experience in project management. Ms. Banavar has been responsible for overseeing and monitoring the daily construction activities at the construction job site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project and work with Subcontractors to complete project within the given time frame. Mr. Peer has over 30 years of extensive experience as a seasoned site superintendent. Mr. Peer has experience at various levels in the construction industry. Mr. Peer has been responsible for operations of various carpentry contracting firms.
