The work consists of renovating the interior space of Building 258, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The work shall include, but not limit to, the following: Remove existing partition wall panel dividers and replace with new stick-built wall; Remove and replace existing carpet flooring. New carpet shall match existing grade and texture; Paint all walls; Replace and install new ceiling tile; Replace all restroom fixtures to include, toilets, sinks, urinals, Vinyl floor tile, restroom stalls, grab bars, lighting fixtures, with energy efficient fixtures; Electrical and HVAC work; Install new doors for new office space, and Install a full glass door and aluminum frame.
