The project consists of an approximately 7,200 square foot Class Six Shoppette. The Shoppette facility will include: retail space, Burger King dining room and kitchen; and support spaces such as restrooms, offices, coolers/freezers, receiving area and storage. Site amenities will include: multi-product fuel dispensers with two underground storage tanks and fuel island canopy; landscaping; parking and access drives; Burger King drive-thru; dumpster enclosure; receiving area canopy and monument sign.
