City of Manassas Park, VA awards QSSI the Construction of New Interior Offices at City Hall
This project involved the construction of new interior offices at the City of Manassas Park, City Hall. The project involved construction of approximately 6,000 Sq Feet of New Office Space, and 1,000 Sq Feet of Existing Office Renovations. This project included, but not limited to, Architectural Demo, MEP Demo, New HVAC System, New Plumbing & Gas Lines, and All Electrical Light Fixtures and related Sprinkler work.
The project required a three phase construction schedule in order to minimize the disruptions to the City Hall operations. The new 6,000 Sq Feet of office space now houses the entire finance department, the City Hall’s conference room, new break room, new plans & review office, secure storage area for archives.
