System. Place new 10,000-psi concrete grout with a bounding agent applied to the existing rail support system. Install all new steel bearing plates, bolts, rail clips, a new 135lb rail, and new concrete infill around the rails. All new concrete and new rails must be level to a 0-1/8” tolerance in the total elevation. The tolerance of each rail height across laterally and in width must be 0-1/8” (Drawing C/02). All concrete must have a slump test and a 7, 14, and 28-day break tests.
