GSA awards QSS the Reconfigure EPA West Room 4122 contract.  The work includes, but not limited to: Demolition of walls, ceiling, carpet etc. Relocate/install new doors & frames, hardware. Provide new doors and hardware as necessary, New full height wall & base and ceiling where indicated, Professional steam cleaning of existing carpet and installation of new carpet, chair rail, wall base, wall covering, Patch & paint all walls, doors and frames. Paint FCU cover tops, Replace damaged ceiling grid and tiles as necessary, and Provide lighting and HVAC.
