On September 23, 2013 the U.S. Coast Guard awards QSSI the Renovation of Dawson Hall at the US TISCOM Center in Alexandria VA. The project consists of an approximately 30,000 square foot building at US Coast Guard TISCOM Base in Alexandria, VA. The work includes replacing over forty (40) ceiling/floor mounted fan coil units, replacing windows and doors, finishing doors & frames, and replacing ceramic tile, removing and replacing all plumbing fixtures and installing new epoxy flooring to all bathrooms.
