This project involves the installation of two 10-ton high efficiency split system Heat pump HVAC units, fabricate and install insulated duct work , registers and fresh air dampers to supply conditioned air into two large studio rooms, convert existing closet into mechanical room. Installation of sprinkler system to provide fire protection in interstitial spaces in approximately 15,000 sq. ft. two-story wood structure building, and installation of five initiation and notification fire alarm devices.
